Session 1 - The Deep Dive
We start by getting properly under the hood. You talk, I listen, I ask a lot of questions. I want to understand your business, your customers, and what's really going on - not just the surface stuff.

Session 2 - The Plan
I go away, review everything, and come back with a clear picture of what's holding you back and a practical roadmap built specifically around your business. Not a template. Not a generic checklist. Your plan, for your business. We walk through it together and refine it until it feels right.

Sessions 3, 4 and 5 - Accountability and Implementation
This is honestly my favorite part. Because this is where most programs fall apart - and where we don't. You start implementing, I stay alongside you. Between sessions I review what you send me - data, updates, questions, wins, setbacks - so when we get on the call we're not wasting time catching up. We're moving forward.

Session 6 - The Review
We look at where you started and where you are now. We talk honestly about what's changed, what still needs work, and what the smartest next step looks like for you.
