The Pocket Executive exists for one reason.

To give founders and small business owners access to the kind of senior commercial thinking that's always been reserved for big companies with big budgets.

I learned it inside some of the world's most demanding commercial environments. Corporate banking. Private equity backed organizations. Global partnerships at the highest level. I studied what the best companies in the world did differently, and I delivered it at scale.

I'm not a consultancy that parachutes in, hands you a report, and disappears. I embed inside your business, work alongside your team, and build the process, the behaviors, and the culture that turns good customer relationships into consistent revenue.

Not with a script. Not with an automated sequence. With a team that listens before it speaks, follows through on what it promised, and makes every person feel like they matter.

That's not idealistic. It's exactly what the most successful businesses in the world do. I just help founders build it without the corporate price tag.

Why I'm qualified to do this

I started my career at American Express and spent over a decade at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, one of the most profitable banks in the world, in progressive sales, coaching, and leadership roles.

From there I moved into senior global partnerships, working directly alongside Google for Education, Microsoft, Salesforce, Lenovo, and Samsung. I helped Fortune 500 companies execute their commercial strategies, build relationships that lasted, and deliver outcomes that actually moved the needle.

I am also CELTA certified through the University of Cambridge. Formally trained to teach, not just advise. Because knowing what good looks like is only half of it. Being able to build it in people so it sticks is the other half.

That combination - corporate banking, global partnerships, and the science of how people actually learn and change - is what I bring to every founder I work with.
